Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through WillProof.co.uk, operated by Destiny Wills & Legal Services Ltd (Company Registration Number: 16351311).

1. What you are purchasing

WillProof operates on a credit-based subscription model. When you subscribe, you purchase a monthly allocation of proofing credits. Each credit entitles you to submit one Will matter (a single Will, or a pair of mirror Wills) for AI-powered proofing.

Current plans

  • Essentials: 20 credits per month — £99/month
  • Professional: 75 credits per month — £249/month
  • Enterprise: 200 credits per month — £499/month

Higher-tier plans offer a lower per-credit cost, rewarding volume usage.

Multi-user plans

Plans that include multiple users (up to the limit specified for each tier) are restricted to a single organisation. All users must share the same company email domain (e.g. @yourfirm.co.uk). User accounts across multiple unrelated companies or domains are not permitted under a single subscription. We reserve the right to review and suspend accounts that do not comply with this policy.

2. Delivery

Credits are delivered digitally and are available immediately upon successful payment. Proofing reports are generated within minutes of document submission and are available instantly in your dashboard.

3. Refunds and cancellations

As WillProof credits are digital products that are consumed upon use:

  • Used credits cannot be refunded. Once a proof has been submitted and processed, the credit is consumed and non-refundable.
  • Unused credits do not roll over. Monthly allocations reset at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Subscription cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to your remaining credits until the end of your current billing period. No refund is given for the remaining period.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive 3 free proofing credits. Free trial credits do not expire and are not subject to these payment terms.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

6. Price changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect on their next billing cycle.

7. Consumer rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase. However, by using a credit (submitting a Will for proofing), you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content has begun and you waive your right to cancel in respect of that credit.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
